Export Cargo Shipping Procedures
1 . The freight confirmation and Payment term
 Confirm with customer for the air / sea freight rate
and the term of payment
2 . Fax the shipping order  The shipper order with company
seal is faxed to us for booking shipping space
3 . Space confirmation and Equipment  Confirm the space and
equipment type ( 20 '''' , 40 '''' , 40 '''' , hq ) with shipping
line
4 . The trucking and Container Stuffing  Upon the
readiness of cargo . we will pick up the empy container at the
container yark and stuff the
container at the factory
5 . Laden container , customs c 1earance and Inspection
 Laden container returned to the terminal and proceeded to
customs clearance and
inspection( follow - up )
6 . Confirmat on with B/L  Confirm the bill of
lading with customers according to the different request of the
shipping line .
7 . Payment The debit note is sent to the customers . Once
confirmed , the payment is made immediately .
8. B/L distribution and cargoes release  Upon the receipt
of the bank confirmation,B/L is released to customers
9 . Cargoes pick-up and B/L collected When the
container arrives at destination port , the consignee willpick up
the cargoes with presenting
original B/L
10 . Customs clearance and cargoes delivery  Once
customs clearance is done either by consignee or by our agent at
destination port , the .
